Hold equal notional on both legs so net price exposure is zero. The position earns the funding differential between venues each interval — currently -20.00% annualized — less trading fees and any rate drift. Long Binance (receive or pay the least funding) and short BingX (collect the richer funding). Spreads compress as funding converges, so the carry is rebalanced or closed when the edge fades.
Projections are illustrative and exclude fees, slippage and liquidation risk — not investment advice. See Risk Disclosure.
