No points-to-ONDO conversion is confirmed — earlier Foundation campaigns paid USDC + raffle tickets — so airdrop_pct is null. Stacks on a separate weekly USDC rewards pool. Closed to US/Panama. Fees unpublished in first-party docs, left null. Ecosystem: ONDO prices Ondo Finance, not just the perps venue.
